Our Church Staff

 

Doug Dill Senior Pastor                                        Pastor Doug had served as an elder at CFCF for seven years before joining the staff as senior pastor in July 2006.  Previously, he served as a youth/assistant pastor at a church in Ohio, as a co-founding pastor of a church in Japan, and most recently as the administrator of New Covenant Christian Academy in Ohio.   An ordained minister with the C&MA, Doug holds a B.A. in English (College of Wooster, OH) and a M.A. in Missions (Ashland Seminary, OH).  He and his wife Annie celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary in 2005.  They have four children, Emily, Tim, Bethany, and David.

 

Shane Minné Associate Pastor                          Pastor Shane has faithfully worked with the youth of CFCF since 1995--overseeing our Jr. High, Senior High, and College/Young-Adult programs--and he now also gives direction to our church's adult outreach training and events.  In addition to serving at CFCF, Shane is also a coach with the Northwest Indians Football program.  He is a licensed minister with the C&MA, and he serves on the district's Youth Ministries Council.  Shane and his wife Wendy have two children, Broc and Liberty.

 

 

Chuck Bahl Associate Pastor                    Katrina Bahl Children's Ministries Director          As Pastor of Discipleship and Community, Pastor Chuck (who joined the staff in 2004) provides oversight to CFCF's adult discipleship and community-building ministries.  A 1996 graduate of Northwest High School, he holds a B.A. in Pastoral Ministries (Toccoa Falls College, GA) and is finishing up a M.A. in New Testament (Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, IL).  He is an ordained minister with the C&MA, and he serves on the district's Adult Ministries Council.  He also is an associate member of the Evangelical Theological Society and a ride leader for the Stark County Bicycle Club.  Before joining our staff, Chuck served as an assistant pastor at churches in Georgia and Illinois.

As Children's Ministries Director, Katrina oversees all of CFCF's children's programs, from nursery through the 5th grade.  Also a graduate of Northwest High School (1997), she holds a B.S. in Early Childhood Education (Toccoa Falls College, GA), and she has worked both in the supportive reading program of a public school (in Illinois) and in the guest relations department of AWANA Clubs (an international children's ministry).  Chuck and Katrina excitedly welcomed their first child, Lukas Charles Bahl, on January 4, 2007!
